Location of the club!
The track at Southchurch Park was the previous home of the Club until 1994.  It is no longer used as an athletics track, and is now the home of Southend Manor FC. Prior to the opening of Garon Park Athletics Track in 1994 the track was in full use. A brief article about Southend ACs old athletics track can be found below from Tim Groses Run track website:

The track is in the AW 1962 list of cinder tracks and meetings were held here prior to the opening of the synthetic track at Garon Park. The ground is home to Southend Manor FC and the track is badly overgrown and uneven and is clearly disused.

There is a path from the football clubhouse which runs across the home straight and is defined on both sides by two large cages which stretch across all the lanes thus blocking the track although you can nip round the side. There are also two dugouts on the inside lane down the back straight. The ground is also sometimes referred to as Southchurch Park Stadium.
