Southend AC invite you to The Southend-on-Sea Athletic Club Track & Field Championships & Open 2008

The first event takes place at 11:00am, from which you will have to had entered before this time (best to get there around 10:30am, allowing you to enter as well as warm up on the track):

 

1.Open to Local Schools & Residents and incorporating the Southend AC Club Champs.

2. Medals for 1st three in each event.

3. Entries are on the day only.

4. Entry Fee £3.00 per event.

5. Athletes U11-U17 may compete in a max of 3 events. U20’s - 5 events. Snrs - no limit.

6. If necessary the sprint hurdles and 1500m may alternate.

7. Max 4 attempts (if time allows) in the throws, long & triple jump. (at judges discretion)

8. The Southend AC Club Champion will be the highest placed paid up member per event.

PLEASE NOTE: When coming into Southend, Southend Leisure and Tennis Centre is signposted,

from which Southend-on-Sea Athletic Club is then signposted at a later stage.
