The entrant (parent or guardian for entrants under 18 years of age) must agree to

the following terms and conditions:

The entrant agrees to abide by the rules of the event and that the race referee's

decision is final.

The entrant confirms that they have no medical disability that would endanger

themselves or others by taking part (and will not run if unfit on the day).

In the event of the entrant being unable to take part, they will not allow anyone else

to use their number.

The entrant agrees to run under their own name. No pseudonyms are allowed and

transfers can only be made with the prior agreement of the race director.

The entrant understands that the organisers will not be liable for any loss, damage,

injury or illness however caused as a result of entering the race.

The entrant agrees that during the race they will obey the marshal’s instructions at

all times.

No dogs or wheels will be allowed on the course.

No personnel music players, such as iPods or MP3 players are to be used while on

the course.


If you decide not to race or cancel your place because of injury, illness, lack of

training, weather or for any other reason, the organisers will not be able to refund

your entry fee. Also, no refunds will be given if the race has to be cancelled due to

circumstances beyond the organiser’s control.
